Vancouver Film School & Native Instruments Announce Partnership

On April 27, Vancouver Film School (VFS) and Native Instruments announced an official partnership.

The partnership between VFS, an entertainment and arts institution and software and hardware manufacturer for computer-based sound production Native Instruments, will primarily benefit students of VFS’s Sound Design For Visual Media Program.

Students will gain access to Native Instruments Kontkt 4, along with other instrument samples.

“This partnership really allows us to take advantage of what Native Instruments brings to the table with their products,” says Head of Sound Design for Visual Media, Shane Rees. “VFS students will have access to an extensive software collection that gives them a better way to harness their creative powers.”
