TOA Canada Corporation has announced that it is moving to a new custom-built facility in west Mississauga, ON. It says the move was prompted by strong business growth and a commitment to continuously explore ways to improve efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction. The move will be complete by Aug. 20, 2018.
The company says the new edifice will benefit TOA customers by carrying a larger inventory for quicker sales turnaround, and an new state of the art, acoustically-treated demonstration room.
“TOA Canada is a growing, established manufacturer and distributor of commercial audio products, paging and background music systems, mass notification and voice evacuation equipment, along with intercom systems,” says TOA Canada’s Director, Rico Lucia. “TOA is of the opinion that we must do more to service our customer and the products they purchase, while at the same time enhancing the spotlight on the undisputed notion that all our product lines are of the highest quality and reliability”.
Improving the ability to demonstrate its products in a more suitable chamber was a main factor in TOA’s decision. “TOA has put a lot of time and effort into designing our new product showroom to ensure that, going forward, engineers, consultants, and customer are able hear our equipment in an appropriate settings and fully appreciate the sound quality,” adds Regional Sales Manager Don Angus.
TOA says it is repositioning itself to concentrate more on customer satisfaction, escalate awareness of the TOA brand, and emphasize the company’s values to develop products that thrive in real world applications. The company notes that making key purchasing decisions, people generally find it advantageous to see, hear, and feel the products they are buying. TOA hopes that in arranging for important decision makers to listen to the products, it can be a differentiator that tilts customers in TOA’s direction.
