TOA Canada Welcomes Doug Knight to the Technical Support Team

TOA Canada has announced the hiring of Doug Knight to the technical support team.

Reporting to Derek Hunter, product support manager, Knight will fill the role of product support where he will be responsible for technical support, R.A. requests, parts requests, service depot support, and product inspection, among other duties.

Knight is a graduate of OIART (Ontario Institute of Recording Technology), where he studied audio technology. He has played guitar with his band at the North by Northeast festival and before coming to TOA, he worked as an electrical apprentice. Knight assisted companies setting up audio gear and has a passion for home automation/theatre.
