In the newly created position of National Inside Sales Support, Patel will be responsible for supporting TOA Canada’s national sales team, supporting its customers via phone support and education on new products among other tasks. Patel has a background in sales, customer service, and finance, which he will bring into this role. Joining the TOA team in March of 2015 as the warehouse coordinator, Patel developed an improved inventory system and displayed a customer focused work ethic in product shipments, according to the company.
Sergio Abarca has accepted the Warehouse Coordinator position, where he will continue to maintain TOA’s inventory processes and process customer shipments. Abarca has a background in warehouse management and logistics. He studied marketing specializing in logistics and industrial administration.
Joann Bettonvil, customer service representative, will be responsible for all customer service duties, including assisting customers and processing sales orders. Bettonvil has a background working in the Customer Service field and brings with her outstanding customer relationship skills. Ms. Bettonvil is a busy mom of two boys, who occupy most of her free time.
Patel will report to Mr. Rico Lucia, director and general manager, while Bettonvil and Abarca will report to Anita Sandhu, operations manager.
