Erikson Audio Now the Exclusive Canadian Distributor for RF Venue

RF Venue Inc., a manufacturer of antenna and RF solutions for wireless microphones andIEM system deployment, has appointed Erikson Audio as the company’s new exclusive distributor for Canada.

Beginning in 2011, RF Venue began marketing a range of patented antennas, distribution, and software (visualizing the RF spectrum using a combination of hardware and software), which is designed to resolve the dropouts and interference problems have been pervasive for wireless audio systems since their introduction in the 1970s.

Recently, RF Venue launched WaveTower, a patented connected-hardware platform that enables all new capabilities through remote monitoring and management of RF spectrum activity over the web. It allows AV technical teams to monitor spectrum conditions anywhere in the world in near real-time and build robust data sets of RF activity for analysis and coordination.

“As the regulatory landscape for wireless spectrum worldwide undergoes significant changes with more and more wireless devices competing for less available spectrum all the time, it is essential that we be able to supply a solution for touring companies, installers, integrators and consultants,” says Erikson Audio Product Manager Tim Marshall (pictured above). “Having the RF Venue catalog for Canada gives us that opportunity.”

As the deployment of wireless microphones, in-ear monitors, two-way radios and other live event wireless systems will become more challenging, Erikson Audio says it now has the most complete turn key signal solutions for audio professionals using any brand of wireless in virtually any application.
