Building Waters' Wall
Turns out Quebec City is making Roger Waters of Pink Floyd’s dream come true. Waters’ current The Wall Tour has hit a slew of cities across North America, each with its own 400-ft. wall (some a bit longer, some a bit shorter). Whereas most of these shows were arena dates, Roger Waters’ spectacle is one of the first two “private” productions happening on the historic Plains, and for the show, producers in Quebec are building a wall 1,000-ft. long.
Sounds like Mr. Waters is quite excited to perform the QC date considering the site’s natural and awe-inspiring beauty. And who wouldn’t be? It’s a magnificent site.
