AES Discounts Membership to Make Online Resources More Accessible During Pandemic

Earlier today, AES International President Agnieszka Roginska sent the following message and announcement to the association’s members.

She wrote:

There is no question that we’re living through very uncertain times. The spread of COVID-19 affects all of us both personally and professionally, and it is impossible to know when the worst will be behind us. However, it is also at a time like this that I am reminded of the famous quote by Helen Keller:

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”

The Audio Engineering Society is here to help you, as we strive to lift each other up through the uncertainty and chaos. We truly can do so much together and hope you will join us.

With travel restrictions and preventative guidelines creating individual isolation, online interaction and online resources are being relied upon by increasing numbers of individuals for a range of social, professional and educational needs.

In order to give you access to our wonderful community and resources, we are making a 3-month membership available for just $25 if you join between now and the end of March. Or you can opt to receive 15 months for the price of 12 ($125).

If you are a Student enrolled in an audio program, the 3-month membership is $10 or 15 months for the price of 12 ($50).

As a member, you will have access to the AES community and many resources, including the  AES E-Library, the Journal of the Audio Engineering Society, AES Live: Videos, networking with the worldwide community and connecting locally through sections, and so much more.

Stay safe, but stay connected. Use this time of limited physical interaction to learn, grow, and have some fun. Learn more about membership and join online at www.aes.org/membership. AES Headquarters staff are standing by ready to help you should you need them. Please email membership@aes.org or call +1-212-661-8528.
